Laser engraving in Los Angeles

Engraving cuts your logo into the material instead of putting ink on top of it, so it can't scratch, peel or wash off — it's the finish that makes a corporate gift feel permanent. We engrave in-house on stainless tumblers and bottles, metal and bamboo pens, and a long list of gifts and desk items. Sign in on any engravable product and you can put your own logo on the photo before you buy.

What we engrave

Tumblers & water bottles

Stainless engraves to a bright silver against a powder-coated body, which is the single best-looking promo finish we sell.

Pens

Aluminium and bamboo barrels. A laser mark on a metal pen reads as a gift; a printed one reads as a giveaway.

Bamboo & wood

Cutting boards, coasters, desk pieces and journals. Bamboo burns to a warm brown and needs no ink at all.

Drinkware sets & barware

Glassware, growlers, wine tools, anything with a flat or gently curved face.

Leather & bonded leather

Journals, portfolios, luggage tags, valet trays — a debossed or lasered mark, no foil needed.

See it before you buy it

On engravable products you can upload your logo, or just type a name, and the store draws it onto the actual product photo with the engraved look — brighter where the item catches the light, fading away where it curves off. It's the fastest way to find out whether your mark works at that size on that item, and it takes about ten seconds. You need an account, because we keep your logos for next time.

When engraving isn't the right call

Engraving has exactly one colour: the colour of the material underneath. If your logo depends on being red, or has three colours that need to stay distinct, or is a photograph, engraving will flatten all of it into one tone. On those jobs we'll put you on a printed finish instead — a one-colour silkscreen, a pad print, or a full-colour digital print, depending on the item. Most engravable products offer both, and on the product page you can switch the preview between them and watch the price follow.

Engraving on plastic and powder coat is a two-tone job, not a colour job

On a powder-coated tumbler the laser takes the coating off and reveals the steel underneath, so a white logo on a black bottle is really a silver logo — and that's the good case. On dyed plastic the result is a slightly lighter or darker version of the body colour, which can be subtle to the point of disappearing. If contrast matters more than permanence, print it.

Common questions

What materials can you laser engrave?

Stainless steel, aluminium, anodized and powder-coated metal, bamboo and hardwood, leather and bonded leather, glass, slate and most hard plastics. Metal and bamboo give the cleanest contrast.

Can a laser engraving be in colour?

No. Engraving removes or darkens the surface, so the mark is always one tone of the material itself. For colour we use silkscreen, pad printing or a full-colour digital print on the same items.

Can I see my logo on the product before ordering?

Yes. Sign in, upload a logo or type a name on an engravable product, and the page renders it onto the real product photo with the engraved finish so you can judge the size and placement.

Will an engraved logo wear off?

No — it's cut into the material rather than sitting on it, so there's nothing to scratch, peel or wash away. That permanence is the main reason to choose it over a print.
